Covenant Membership Process
SOJOURN GALLERIA
The Church is the People of God. It is a family. It is also a bride. A family and a marriage require commitment in order to function properly. One does not pop in and out of a family or marriage. True commitment cements the family together and produces the ability to care for and love one another, come what may.
For these reasons and more, we as a Church family make promises to the Lord and each other as a family, a bride, a body --His body. As members of a Church family, we find a place of rest, a people to belong to, a commitment that stems not from our fickle hearts but is founded in the love of Christ which never fails.
As you explore Covenant Membership with Sojourn Galleria, we want you to know that we aim to love as Christ does. We will fail, and so will you, but through His grace and mercy, we can allow these failures to unite us more to one another and to Christ.
Covenant Membership Process
Below is the outline for a new, rolling covenant membership process. We are hoping this allows potential members to join earlier as we currently only have a New Members Class four times a year.
These are the requirements for those seeking to join Sojourn Galleria in covenant membership.
3 months of regular Sunday and Neighborhood Parish involvement are required before becoming a member (but not before beginning this membership process).

Sign the covenant in the member’s packet and have parish leaders sign the covenant.
